Hatha Flow (Level 2-4)
Hatha Flow links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class
into a sequence of movements that 'flow' with the breath in a more vigorous
series. This class is a strong, vinyasa-based class that builds strength,
flexibility, endurance, and focus. This class incorporates asana (postures),
pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation, as well as basic principles
of yoga philosophy. Hatha Flow is recommended for students who have practiced
Hatha yoga and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class.
Beginner's Hatha Yoga (All levels)
Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world.
