Private Dining and Special Occasions
In the Spirit Room Gallery
The Spirit Room Gallery, 111 Broadway, provides an elegant
atmosphere for private dinner parties and
significant special events. The gallery space is available
Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and
weekend afternoons. The Spirit Room has an approved kitchen
for food preparation and/or catering. The space is available for viewing
by appointment.

COSTS
Room rental for workshops and presentations
that require chair set- up only is $35 for the afternoon
and $50 for evening. Basic rental of the room is $100. Rental
incuding table set-up, tablecloths, and chairs is $175. The
rental rate for fine dining including table set-up, tablecloths,
china place settings, flatwear and goblets, wine glasses
and serving dishes is $225. A $50 non-refundable deposit
is required to secure the reservation.
The Spirit Room Gallery is available Friday, Saturday
and Sunday for room rental. Weekday mornings and afternoons
are also available for meetings at a cost of $35. Catered
food services are available from dowtown chefs such as Mosaic
Foods, ALBA Foods, Nichole's, and Deb Jenkins Catering. Staff
available to help with set-up, serving, and clean-up at $10
per hour.

Payment Options:
The Spirit Room takes cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard in payment
for
artwork, artifacts, workshops, classes, gift certificates and sale items.
Tax deductable donations and memberships can also be purchased in these
ways.
